“Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.” — Vince Lombardi
WELCOME to the WELEAD world, where youth leadership development is a culture. We are always reflecting on these questions:
● What if leadership was a way of life?
● What if we reignite our generation’s belief in leadership?
● What if young people become intentional about their leadership growth?
● What if youth lead everywhere?
Our organization’s mandate is to respond to the youth leadership deficit, by developing a movement that serves to make leadership development programs accessible and affordable to young people around the world. Our work also includes youth advocacy programs to increase space for youth to lead in the social, political, economic, technological and environmental aspects of life.
Developing the world through developing one youth leader at a time.
